WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

We accept most medical and vision insurance, including Medicare. When scheduling your appointment, please make sure to have your insurance information ready. By providing your information, we will be able to verify your benefits well before your exam. If we find that you are out-of-network or not eligible, we will make sure to contact you before your visit.

DO YOU ACCEPT FSA/HSA?

Yes. You will be able to pay with your FSA/HSA account for your exam, glasses or/and contacts. We will also be able to provide an itemized receipt upon check out.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?

We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible. Please call us at (281) 778-2020 to schedule your next appointment. If you are having an emergency, we will encourage you to come in the same-day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GLASSES?

It will take about 2 weeks to come in. We will notify you via text, email and phone. You are more than welcome to give us a call if you would like to check the status of your glasses.
